Lexus has now officially launched the new ES 350h, which promises a new interior, state-of-the-art ECHS self-charging hybrid powertrain, and a restyled cabin offering a higher level of luxury inside its flagship luxury executive sedan. Centered on the company’s most recent Clean Tech × Elegance design concept philosophy, the brand new ES 350h prioritises refined comfort building, high-end craftsmanship and slick, intelligent technology without compromising on Lexus’s trademark smooth and efficient driving expertise.

The exterior design of the new ES 350h is more streamlined and aerodynamic, with reference to the Lexus LF-ZC Concept. The sedan’s futuristic styling is the result of its sleek coupe-like body, the LED, delineating, narrow beams and conspicuous fascia. Lexus has unveiled its trademarked LED headlamps in the form of twin L-shaped lamps, featuring unique double-L daytime running lights, as well as the slim sunroof and elegant body lines. The sedan has fancy 19 inch alloy wheels and a range of colour options, such as White Nova, Sonic Titanium, Sonic Copper, Sonic Chrome, Graphite Black and Sou Blue.

Premium Interior With 14-Inch Infotainment and Tazuna Cockpit
Internally, the new ES 350h features a cabin based on the Tazuna Cockpit concept, where the controls are within easy reach of the driver. A large 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the latest Lexus Interface controls the dashboard, complemented by a top-of-the-range Mark Levinson audio system to offer a dynamic entertainment experience. Among the most notable design elements is the world’s first Responsive Hidden Switch technology, which is lit up only when the switch is activated, creating a clean and simple appearance to the dashboard. Additionally the upholstery comes in a range of colors to choose from with options of both white and hazel synthetic leather.
2.5L Self-Charging Hybrid Engine Delivers 244 hp
The new Lexus ES 350h is powered by a 2.5L self-charging strong hybrid petrol engine, combined with an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (e-CVT), the high capacity Lithium-Ion battery and front transaxle layout. In a hybrid mode the system delivers a total power of 150 kW (201 hp) thanks to a permanent magnet electric motor, the petrol engine supplies 235 Nm of torque and 186 hp. The hybrid becomes a dynamic combination that comes with a total of 244 hp, allowing the luxury sedan to go 0–100 km/h in 7.7 seconds. The sixth-generation Lexus hybrid system is optimized to deliver a smoother acceleration, fuel (15 km-17.8km) efficiency and quieter performance, while the low centre of gravity and aerodynamic design enhances stability and driving enjoyment.
Advanced connected technology also works in favour of the luxury sedan as the Lexus India App enables owners to remotely observe and control various functions of the vehicle. Ownership is more convenient and safer with the features that allow remote connection, real-time vehicle tracking, location and intelligent security alerts.
Lexus Safety System+ 4 Brings Comprehensive Safety Package
Safety has also been upgraded in all respects with the new Lexus Safety System+ 4. New safety technologies on the all-new ES 350h include a Pre-Collision System (PCS), Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Driver Monitor, Lane Departure Alert, 3D Panoramic View Monitor, SRS Airbags and an Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System, increasing the protection for all occupants and pedestrians.
The new Lexus ES 350h will be sold in two variants – the Luxury and Exquisite, respectively, and Lexus will be further enhancing ownership experience with the Lexus Promise program.
